This information is submitted to us via Formspree and delivered directly to our team.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This includes pages visited, time spent on the site, device type, browser, and general geographic location (country/city level). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

3. File uploads

If you choose to attach drawings, BOQ documents or other files to your enquiry, these are handled securely via Uploadcare. Files are stored temporarily to allow us to download and review them as part of your enquiry. We do not share uploaded files with any third party.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to collect the usage data described above. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Data retention

Enquiry data submitted through our contact form is retained for as long as necessary to manage your project relationship with us. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months in accordance with Google's default settings.
