From Brief to Handover
A structured process designed for institutional procurement — transparent, documented, on-programme.
-
Step 01
Consultation
We begin with a site visit or remote brief review. Our team prepares a preliminary schedule of furniture items aligned to the project brief, drawings, and FF&E specification. Lead times and phasing requirements are identified at this stage.
For large or phased projects, a pre-qualification questionnaire is available. We can also provide outline cost models before full specification is agreed, to support budget planning.
-
Step 02
Specification & Design
We produce a detailed specification document: item descriptions, dimensions, material finishes, upholstery specifications, and lead-times per item. All items are coded to match the project's FF&E schedule.
For architect and interior designer clients, we can provide CAD blocks and finish sample boards on request. Specification revisions are tracked with version control to ensure the procurement team is always working from the current document.
-
Step 03
Manufacture
Production is managed at our Accra facility under ISO 9001:2015 quality controls. Progress updates are provided at agreed milestones; pre-delivery inspection is available for large contracts.
All items are tagged and documented for snagging. QC photographs are taken at key production stages and can be shared with the client or project manager on request.
-
Step 04
Installation
Our supervised installation teams work to a programme agreed at sign-off. For large sites, phased delivery is available to align with building handover. Post-installation snag resolution is included in all contracts.
We provide a handover document confirming installation completion, with a snag log and resolution record. Warranty documentation and maintenance guides are provided as standard.
